Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting April 16,2015 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida IOT. Add-On: A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida,Approving a Lease Back Agreement with TRG Sunny Isles VII West,LLC for the Property Located at 15800 Collins Avenue, Attached Hereto as Exhibit "A"; Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Said Agreement; Authorizing the City Manager and the City Attorney to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. Action: [City Clerk's Note: Distributed prior to Commission Meeting. See Item 4A for additional action.] City Clerk Hines read the title, and Mayor Scholl said this is the final piece of the puzzle, again timing is everything. The developer was not ready to give up the site but they were ready to make the deal because they needed the TDRs in the south end of the City. And so we are leasing it back to them for a nominal fee and ultimately we will take possession when they are done using it not to exceed three (3) years. Public Speakers: None i Vice Mayor Gatto moved and Commissioner Levin seconded a motion to approve the resolution. Resolution No. 2015-2411 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. 11. MOTIONS None 12. DISCUSSION ITEMS 12A. Discussion regarding the Status of the Purchase Contract for Bella Vista Bay Park. Action: Commissioner Isaac Aelion said due to previous discussions with the developer,he is withdrawing this item. 13. CITIZENS' FORUM: REQUESTS, PETITIONS & OTHER COMMUNICATIONS None 14.
