within three (3) days, the employee will be separated from employment with the <br /> City. <br /> 3. Existing employees are required to report any prior arrests not listed or disclosed <br /> in their original employment applications. <br /> DISCIPLINARY ACTION: <br /> 1. Based on a review of all documentation and information related to a criminal <br /> offense, the City Manager shall make a determination for disciplinary action <br /> up to and including termination of employment. <br /> 2. An employee's failure to report criminal charges, arrests, and/or convictions <br /> within the specified time period may result in disciplinary action up to <br /> termination of employment. <br /> 3. An applicant for employment with the City who has received an offer of <br /> conditional employment shall be required to disclose to the Human <br /> Resources Department in writing any and all criminal charges, arrests, and/or <br /> convictions pending against the applicant. <br /> 4.
