10. RELEASE. When all of the Parties' obligations set forth herein are fully paid and performed, each Party shall release all other Parties from this Agreement, and all Parties shall release all other Parties from any and all future claims, costs or liabilities arising out of the provision of Monetary Proportionate Share Mitigation in accordance with this Agreement.
