The <br />marina building is a 4,500 sf interior fit up at the base of a residential tower. The cost <br />of the project is $200,000. The scope included to design and do construction documents for <br />the facility. The two -story space has the marina offices, conference room and the second <br />floor has the crew space consisting of showers, laundry room, recreation room and a gym. <br />25.
