<br />of the case until a public records search in June 2011. CTA is unaware of any claims against CTA.

<br />Corporation; Trans Coastal Construction Company, a Florida Corporation. Plaintiff claims unspecified
<br />problems with the building. It is unclear what civil engineering issues are relevant. The contractor,
<br />architect and the entire design team are defendants. Case was closed - February 2015.
<br />DISPUTES
<br />Palm Beach County Case No. 5O2O11CAO14555XXXXMB - September 11, 2011- Darlene Cookish vs.
<br />Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. - No complaint was ever filed. CTA only received a summons for
<br />information. The incident did not involve any of our projects. It involved a project next door. Nothing
<br />involved Craven Thompson. When this was explained to the plaintiffs' attorney, no further action was
<br />taken on their part. The statute of limitations has since passed. Case was dismissed on October 18,
<br />2013.
