<br />ACAI will be the Executive Architect and Architect of Record. The Project Team will include the following:
<br />IAdolfo J. Cotilla, Jr., AIA, Principal in Charg e. has over 36 years of diverse experience in the field of
<br />Architecture. Mr. Cotilla earned his Masters of Fine Arts in Architecture from the University of Florida. He is a
<br />Florida Registered Architect (License number 8011) and also a Florida Certified General Contractor (License
<br />number CGC010769). He has been consulting, designing and delivering projects since 1979. In 1985, Mr.
<br />Cotilla founded ACAI Associates, Inc., a Florida Statewide Minority Business Enterprise and FDOT
<br />Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Certified firm with Corporate Headquarters located at 2937 W. Cypress
<br />Creek Road, Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 and branch offices in Boca Raton and Miami. ACAI
<br />Associates, Inc. is a licensed Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering and General Contracting firm
<br />offering a wide range of services revolving around new design, rehabilitation, additions and remodeling of
<br />existing facilities. As Principal in Charge, Mr. Cotilla oversees the management of all assignments for which
<br />he is responsible and maintains direct contact with Clients throughout the project duration. His responsibilities
<br />include overseeing the project team, reviewing financial project goals, meeting with the Project Managers &
<br />project teams, reviewing the schedule and maintaining relationships with the client contacts as well as with
<br />the Developer's Project Manager and construction team.

<br />' George H. Hohmann, AIA, Principal in Charge of QA/QC, has over 48 years of architectural experience
<br />and has served as Architect of Record, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Principal -in- Charge on
<br />a multitude of projects. Mr. Hohmann earned his B.A. Architecture from Washington University and is a
<br />Florida Registered Architect (License number 8448). His responsibilities have included such areas as
<br />construction administration, design, site plan approvals, permitting, construction documents and master
<br />planning. In addition, Mr. Hohmann has participated in several projects for a variety of governmental clients.
