Mr.Kadam works solely under the direction of the principal. He also performs inspections of concrete, masonry, wood and steel construction to insure the buildings conform to design intent. During the past years of employment with S & F Engineers, Inc. he has designed several steel framed buildings, unique residences, tilt -up structures and a Fire Station. Mr. Kadam earned his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Lamar University. The firm has also provided commissioning services on more than 500 million square feet of buildings. Rob is a Past President of the USGBC South Florida Chapter and has achieved the prestigious title of USGBC LEED Fellow. Rob has been involved with USGBC governance for more than 10 years. Rob has more than a decade of full -time green- design and commissioning experience, and more than 30 years experience in facilities management, project management and energy management, and control systems. After leaving the Navy, Rob taught HVAC and Electrical Theory at the collegiate level.. Mr. Hink earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and is a LEED Acredited Professional (License number 66512).
