Vageline has over 35 years of diverse experience in the field of Landscape Architecture. Mr. Vageline has <br />been involved in a broad range of land planning projects in South Florida. Having worked in both the public and private <br />sectors, Mr. Vageline is widely familiar with client needs and project requirements and processes. He is responsible for <br />preparation and processing of landscape plans; utilizing his knowledge of local, state and federal regulations. He has <br />direct client contact to obtain project input and approvals, responsible for completion of projects on time and within <br />budget. <br />The following is a list of selected project experience: <br />CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH BRIDGE BEAUTIFICATION, Hallandale Beach, Florida <br />ACAI provided the City of Hallandale Beach with Design services related to the development of various color <br />schemes to enhance the existing bridge structure located at East Hallandale Beach Blvd. and A1A/South Ocean <br />Drive. The conceptual studies and visualizations also included the development of several illumination schemes <br />in order to create scenarios of how the overpass structure would appear with dramatic architectural lighting. <br />CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE FOR MEDIANS, Hallandale Beach, Florida <br />ACAI provided the City of Hallandale Beach with Landscape Architectural design services for the conceptual design of <br />the existing landscaped medians on Three Islands Drive and the landscaped planters on Golden Isles Drive. Aconceptual <br />plan of a typical median and a typical planter design, along with elevations and photographs of the plant material <br />proposed in each of these areas were presented to the City in order to clearly illustrate the final installed plantings. <br />In addition, ACAI provided a rendering of each of these two planting areas to further illustrate the proposed design. <br />NORTH BEACH PARK, Hollywood, Florida <br />Project Manager of this extensive park expansion along the Intracoastal Waterway in Hollywood, Florida. Successfully <br />performed permitting functions for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State <br />of Florida, the Florida Department of Natural Transportation, the South Florida Water Management District, Broward <br />County Water Resources Management, The Broward County Office of Natural Resource Protection, the Florida Inland <br />Navigation District, the City of Hollywood and others. This park expansion includes a 1500 foot Intracoastal boardwalk <br />system and wave barrier, fishing areas, picnic shelters, restrooms, tot lot, parking areas and natural planting systems. <br />SOUTH POINT PARK, Miami Beach, Florida <br />Played key role in the site planning of South Point Park in Miami Beach, Florida, involving some 17.5 acres of active <br />and passive recreational land. <br />architecture . engineering . roofing consulting . construction management <br />Aaa� I <br />architecture - enE ineerint <br />=- <br />
