104 <br />Children’s Services Council Headquarters <br />Children’s Services Council of Broward County originated in 2000 as a County agency. Its <br />purpose is to provide leadership, advocacy, and resources to enhance children’s lives and <br />empower them to become responsible, productive adults through collaborative planning <br />and funding of a continuum of quality care. The agency chose our firm to represent its <br />interests and shepherd through the contracted turnkey delivery of a 31,500 SF multi- <br />story structure on an undeveloped parcel in the City of Lauderhill. Our process included <br />design, entitlement, permitting, and construction oversight. Owner’s Representation <br />services began with authoring a Design Criteria Package that guided the 18-month design <br />and construction process.
