106 <br />Miramar Fire Station No. 107 <br />Utilizing the successful prototype design of Fire Station No. 70 for the City of Miramar, <br />Fire Station No. 107 is centrally located within the city near the city’s center. The <br />density of residential developments in the surrounding area required an additional <br />fire station to service the community. The 15,000 SF facility is sited adjacent to a <br />wetlands area that will continue to service the city’s Greenway Project. <br />Subsequent to the permitting process and prior to the construction of this project, <br />the City of Miramar asked Synalovski Romanik Saye, LLC to re-evaluate and update <br />the plans in relationship to LEED requirements.
