36 <br />Steve Bender P.E. <br />Mechanical Engineer <br />Experience <br />Steve Bender is a Mechanical Professional Engineer with nineteen years’ experience as a <br />mechanical designer, project engineer and Project Manager. He is responsible for total <br />management of all aspects of projects to ensure they are completed on time and at the <br />highest level of quality. <br />Mr. Bender has designed mechanical systems for various buildings, such as <br />Office/Commercial, Educational, Healthcare Facilities/Hospitals, Airports and <br />Residential/Hotel. <br />Mr. Bender has designed HVAC system for various buildings from low-rise to high-rise, such <br />as Residential/Hotel (single-family, multi-family, etc.), <br />Mr. Bender has performed Energy and Load calculations and analysis using various <br />software programs, selected equipment and prepared technical documentation.
