51 <br />Civic Center <br />A beacon in the community, Civic Center at City Center in Pembroke Pines will be a <br />four-story, flexible-use civic center where plays, conferences, small concerts and other <br />performances will take place. The main hall in the Civic Center will have up to 3,500 seats <br />with the flexibility to accommodate a small crowd using retractable seats and to cater <br />to more uses as well. In addition, the Civic Center will also house the new Commission <br />Chambers on the ground level and the City’s new administrative offices on the top two <br />floors.
