75 <br />City Hall <br />The City of Dania Beach is undergoing redevelopment of the downtown area. The <br />redevelopment effort has already seen the construction of a new public library, public <br />parking garage traffic circle, fountain, and the roadway and infrastructure required for the <br />next phases that include a new City Hall, a new Hotel, retail spaces and 200 rental units at <br />the current City Hall site. <br />SRS assisted the City of Dania Beach in establishing a building program for the new City <br />Hall and developed schematic floor plans, elevations and renderings depicting a 4-story, <br />34,000 SF building located at the SW corner of the site across the circle from the library <br />and attached to the public parking garage. The architectural vocabulary is modern, striking <br />and full of opportunities for natural light and great working spaces for City staff while <br />paying homage to certain classic and historic elements of the vintage downtown Dania <br />Beach feel. <br />Client City of Dania Beach <br />Services Programming <br />Schematic Design <br />Status Pending Funding <br />Govern
