8
SRS CURRENT WORKLOAD
These are the projects in which SRS is currently engaged. Neither the project for The City of Sunny Isles Beach nor
our current projects would be affected as there are no overlaps that would adversely affect our in house process
or the methods completion that have a proven track record of delivering on time.
All of the key personnel identified will be easily made available, as the project schedule requires. Given our
current workload and that of our consultants, we see no limitations with regard to scheduling.
We have been extremely successful in properly planning and scheduling our own resources and that of our
consultants. If necessary, as we have done in the past, we may limit our commitments to other clients and focus
specifically on the goals of the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
Staff Role Availability
Manuel Synalovski, AIA, LEED AP Principal-in-Charge 25%
Merrill Romanik, AIA, LEED AP Project Manager/ Interior Design/ LEED Admin. 33%
Chris Bray Project Architect 50%
Alejandra Molina-Jackson, AIA, LEED AP LEED Administration/ Production 67%
Pedro Lasalde Production 67%
Marcela Oviedo, LEED AP Production 67%
Project Schematic DesignDesign DevlopmentConstruction DocumentsBidding/ PermittingConstruction Administration
Fort Lauderdale High School Expansion Warranty
Temple Sinai Pre‐School Warranty
Church of God ‐ Weston 95%
David Posnack Hebrew Day School Expansion 40%
Broward College ‐ Building 32 25%
Plantation Community Center 75%
Pembroke Pines Civic Center 50%
SouthSide School ‐ Fort Lauderdale 50%
Dania Beach Ocean Park Revitalization 90%
Ultimate Software Group Headquarters 50%
Broward College ‐ Building 33 10%
Miramar Conference Center @
Miramar Regional Park 20%
Weston Community Center Expansion 10%
Charlotte Burrie Community Center
‐ Pompano Beach 50%
Windmill Park ‐ Coconut Creek 20%
