WA will provide architecture, LEED, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil engineering services and our consultant, Bliss & Nyitray who will provide structural engineering services and who is currently working with WA on several other projects. O’Leary Richards Design Associates is the landscape architect which has work with WA for more than 20 years. Based on the design team’s substantial experience with public/civic projects and working together, our man- agement structure has been specifically tailored to provide the communication, expertise, administrative and technical capabilities and the talent necessary to effectively address all of the critical areas identified in the scope of services, while ensuring flexibility to efficiently address and execute the RFQ.
