<br /> <br />31 <br />• Project Manager - Feasibility Study and Conceptual Design Phase, Wyandanch <br />Intermodal Transportation Facility, Babylon, NY. The Town proposed to construct a <br />new intermodal transportation facility in downtown Wyandanch to act as the centerpiece <br />of the current Wyandanch Rising Community Revitalization Program. This project <br />included traffic and transit data collection, traffic and transit analyses, traffic calming and <br />streetscape design, site planning, and public meetings and visioning workshops. <br />Construction cost estimated $10 million. (2008-2014) <br /> <br />• Project Manager/Senior Engineer – The RBA Group, Inc., Melville, NY. Specialized <br />in roadway/geometric design and water resources engineering. Responsible for the design <br />and environmental permitting for many commercial, industrial, residential, government <br />and roadway projects in New York Metro Area, design and implementation of water <br />quality facilities and best management practices required to comply with local, state, and <br />FHWA requirements. Engineering designs performed include: site plans, subdivisions, <br />golf courses, grading plans, roadway geometry, water quality facilities, storm water <br />management, sanitary sewer (gravity and force mains), septic system design, utilities, <br />water treatment plants, soil erosion control, and retaining walls. Experienced in <br />hydrologic and hydraulic design and in computer design of plans and the use of the latest <br />3D modeling, hydrologic and hydraulic computer software. Served as Construction <br />Inspector on some of the most complex projects within the Metropolitan Area with <br />specific experience in construction inspection of highway, bridge and entire street <br />infrastructure including new sidewalk, curb road restoration, traffic signals, streetlights, <br />water mains, sanitary and storm sewers, and catch basins. With emphasis in project set- <br />ups, management, record keeping, quality control, material testing, closeouts, problem <br />solving, constructability reviews and estimating.
