AECOM RFQ No. 15-04-01 Section G <br />Authorized Signatory <br />All AECOM employees in the United States with <br />corporate titles of Senior Vice President or above <br />are authorized under the bylaws of AECOM Technical <br />Services, Inc. to execute contracts or otherwise <br />bind the company. In addition, the individuals listed <br />below have been authorized by the AECOM Technical <br />Services, Inc. Board of Directors to execute contracts <br />or otherwise bind the company within the boundaries <br />of the noted Regions and Business Lines. Authority <br />to sign on behalf of AECOM Technical Services, Inc. <br />or any other America’s Geography Operating Entity <br />is personal to the individual so authorized; AECOM <br />does not permit individuals so authorized to delegate <br />their authority.
