AECOM RFQ No. 15-04-01 <br />June 2, 2015 <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />18070 Collins Avenue <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160 <br />Subject: RFQ No. 15-04-01; Architectural Design Services for a New Facility at 18080 Collins Avenue <br />Dear Selection Committee Members, <br />Destined to be the “public face” of the City for many years into the future, the new facility at 18080 Collins <br />Avenue will be a very important civic project for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. To become a long term asset <br />for the community it serves, the new addition to the Municipal Complex must also be an adaptable and <br />flexible tool through which the City can function more efficiently. To ensure success, this project will need <br />to be a collaborative effort of an established architectural firm coupled with the input of City staff and its <br />representatives in a true “partnering” work environment. <br />For almost 15 years, AECOM has been a partner with the City working to create a vibrant and successful public <br />realm. Our desire is to continue that relationship, through selection as the architectural firm to design the <br />new facility. AECOM is committed to providing the City of Sunny Isles Beach the highest level of professional <br />service, quality, and value for this project. Our team will dedicate our service to the City by responding quickly <br />and efficiently to your requests in order to design a new facility that meets your objectives and one which the <br />community will be proud of for years to come. <br />AECOM will be the “Prime” consultant to the City and will provide all design services including project <br />management, architectural, engineering and interior design. The ability of our firm to provide all services from <br />a single location will be a significant benefit to the City in terms of enhanced coordination, communication <br />and managerial control.
