C1415-065 <br /> This Third Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Sunny Isles Beach ("City") <br /> and Development Counsellors International, ("Consultant") executed this 214 day of May,2015, is <br /> made a part of the original Agreement ("Agreement"), dated April 21, 2011, between the City of <br /> Sunny Isles Beach ("City") and Development Counsellors International, ("Consultant") attached <br /> hereto as Attachment "A", whose Federal Identification.# is I '195 30 3 .. The City <br /> and Consultant hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. OPTION TO RENEWAL. The City hereby wishes to exercise its third option to renew the. <br /> Agreement for one (1) year in accordance with Section 4 of the Agreement, as more particularly <br /> • described in Attachment"A",which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 2. COST. In accordance with Section 3 of the Agreement, the City shall pay the Consultant <br /> an amount not to exceed Forty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($42,800.00) for this one (1) <br /> year renewal term. <br /> 3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT: Except as specifically modified herein, <br /> all terms and conditions of the original Agreement between the parties, dated April 21, 2011, shall <br /> remain in full force and effect. <br /> 4.
