APPROACH/METHODOLOGY <br /> On-going Review and Additional Training <br /> Performance reviews are given to all associates semi-annually or annually. <br /> • Remedial training is provided as needed. <br /> • A structured disciplinary process is used if necessary. <br /> • Manager meetings occur weekly. <br /> • Citywide meetings for associates are held quarterly for additional training, feedback, and <br /> to discuss their suggestions and ideas. <br /> • A structured associate suggestion program is utilized company-wide and rewards are <br /> given for the best suggestions; management has committed to respond to all associates' <br /> suggestions in five business days or less. <br /> • Random drug testing is used company- wide based on a lottery system; associate specific <br /> drug testing is used in the event of accidents or behavioral incidents. <br /> • Polygraph Testing is used as an investigative tool for specific problems subject to Federal <br /> laws governing their use. <br /> 18page - Park One of Florida <br /> City of Ales Beach REP Ara. 15-03-01 <br />
