Russo,City Manager <br /> FROM: Claudia Hasbun, Planning and Zoning Administrator <br /> DATE: 6/18/2015 <br /> RE: Waiver of Plat for Gateway Park <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff is recommending City Commission approval of the Resolution. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City of Sunny Isles Beach is the property owner of certain land <br /> located at 151-287 Sunny Isles Boulevard a/k/a Gateway Park. Staff is <br /> requesting a Waiver of Plat approval for the purpose of subdividing the <br /> actual tracts into two Parcels; one parcel allocating the park premises <br /> and the other parcel for the parking garage building.
