The City of Pompano Beach is strongly committed to ensuring the participation of Small Business Enterprises (SBE's) as contractors and subcontractors for the procurement of goods and services. The definition of a SBE, for the purpose of the City's voluntary program, is taken from the State of Florida Statute 288.703(1).
