Experience with special disaster recovery program management services <br /> including private propertyfrightof-erdry(ROE)work,watanvays dean-up <br /> and reimbursement,leaning tree and hanging limb removal,hazardous <br /> material removal,vessel and vehicle recovery,asbestos abatement data <br /> management,and hauler invoice reconciliation and contracting,and <br /> FEMA appeals assistance. <br /> v. Discussion of specific instances in the last ten (10) years whereby a <br /> client's documentationirebmbursed amounts were challenged by a funding <br /> agency and the frm or its personnel assisted in resoMng said disputes to <br /> the advantage of the client Please indicate client name(s)and disaster <br /> to which this may have related. In addition,please discuss Instances in <br /> the last ten (10) years whereby you were engaged for the scope of <br /> services herein, whereby a client may have been required to return <br /> federal or state funding. <br /> vi. Discussion of any litigation within the past five(5)years arising out of <br /> your firm's performance as it relates to the scope of services being <br /> solicited herein. <br /> B) Provide at least five (5)references for which the firm has performed services over <br /> the past 10 years,which are similar to the requirements in the Scope of Services. <br /> Three (3) of the references shag be from local government entities that Include <br /> hurricane debris monitoring experience InvoMng a minimum of 250,000 cubic yards <br /> of debris. Key <br /> project staff(management staff including,but not limited to:protect manager,collection <br /> and disposal operations managers, FEMA reimbursement specialist, data manager. <br /> etc.)must be full time employees of the proposing firm and have experience,working for <br /> the Proposer,In the following: <br /> I Experience demonstrating current capacity and current expertise In debris <br /> removal,solid waste and hazardous waste management and disposal. The <br /> proposer must demonstrate experience managing hurricane debris <br /> monitoring for at least two(2)local governments involving a minimum of <br /> 250,000 cubic yards of debris for each client. <br /> II. Documented knowledge and experience of Federal,State and Local <br /> emergency agencies,state and federal programs,funding sources and <br /> reimbursement processes. <br /> lii.
