On <br /> June 24, 2015, we received your comments on the proposed site plan application (the "Letter"). <br /> In response to your Letter, we are submitting this 15t Amended Letter of Intent. <br /> Enclosed is a revised site plan entitled "Varadero Sales Center" prepared by the <br /> architecture firm of Llorente Architects and dated July 1, 2015. Please note that the Applicant <br /> will take the necessary steps to release any existing declaration(s)/covenant(s)that would restrict <br /> the use of the sales center on the Property prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy <br /> for the sales center. In addition, a construction fence will be located on the Property along <br /> Collins Avenue and we respectfully request a setback waiver for this construction fence and <br /> approval of a.graphic and mural on such fence. <br /> I On June 12, 2015, we sent a letter to the City withdrawing the public hearing aspect of the application.
