I can only say this ; these concrete <br /> 13 receptacles if you want to see them are in the <br /> 14 City of North Bay Village . This item that <br /> 15 Aventura has is a metal stand secured by a chain <br /> 16 and the chain can be cut very , very easily . <br /> 17 The bench can ' t be taken but the receptacle , <br /> 18 you know , we know or it ' s proven the manager has <br /> 19 encountered the concrete stands . <br /> 20 If I thought that we could use metal - - what <br /> 21 you are taking about at $25 a receptacle - - I <br /> 22 would go for it but I don ' t think that they work <br /> 23 100 percent .
