One machine is <br /> 12 used by Bal Harbor or Bay Harbour , City of North <br /> 13 Bay Village . It ' s proven and tested . We also <br /> ® <br /> 14 brought it to our City Hall here and ran it . <br /> 15 The other machine - - that is a Toshiba from <br /> 16 Copyco Company , the recommended bid approval . The <br /> 17 second machine was a Konica . It ' s used by <br /> 18 Aventura and a number of other cities . It is also <br /> 19 used by the School Board . <br /> 20 As I indicated a few minutes ago , both <br /> 21 machines are publicly bid priced . That is , there <br /> 22 are two bid numbers . We brought both . Then we <br /> 23 negotiated with both .
