12 <br /> 1 benefit , any benefit called the Storm Water <br /> 2 Runoff Tax . <br /> 3 The manager , myself - - and I can ' t say the <br /> 4 rest of the Commission because we can ' t be <br /> 5 together because it ' s Sunshine Law - - the city <br /> 6 attorney are working on a deal that looks like <br /> 7 it ' s going to be accepted so that every spot we <br /> 8 feel in Sunny Isles Beach will be corrected on <br /> 9 storm water runoff . <br /> 10 After a rain there won ' t be water all over <br /> 11 the streets that you won ' t be able to walk on <br /> 12 sidewalks , and they are retaining this money <br /> 13 until such time that all of the storm water is <br /> 14 taken care of . We won ' t have puddles anywhere . <br /> 15 There would be an allowance where we would keep a <br /> 16 sizable size of money every year so that we could <br /> 17 use this money for the betterment of the City in <br /> 18 the meantime . <br /> 19 We only pray to God that they will do this <br /> 20 and we feel almost sure that they will .
