Bill O ' Leary , Landscape Architect . <br /> 2 This is a grant that we are attempting to secure <br /> 3 from the City of Miami . <br /> 4 The State of Florida yearly gives out these <br /> 5 grants , Highway Beautification Grants , and we <br /> 6 have selected for purpose of landscaping the area <br /> 7 where the Lehman Causeway actually runs into <br /> 8 Collins Avenue . <br /> 9 I have a rendering here which I will also <br /> 10 pass to the City Council where we intend to <br /> 11 beautify . We intend to use some of the same date <br /> 12 palms that you will see in Bal Harbor to beautify <br /> 13 that particular area . <br /> ® <br /> 14 This is the same thing that some of you saw <br /> 15 in black and white in color , all right . They <br /> 16 have that . All right . The whole idea is that we <br /> 17 will have designed this plan for a budget of <br /> 18 $ 120 , 000 . It ' s $60 , 000 matched by the City of <br /> 19 Sunny Isles Beach , $ 60 , 000 from the State of <br /> 20 Florida . <br /> 21 We have used plants that are certainly <br /> 22 tolerant to that particular environment . It ' s a <br /> 23 pretty harsh environment .
