Michael Berkman said the County Code did include <br /> regulate sidewalk cafes [Clerk's note: the City has adopted the County Code] City <br /> Attorney Dannheisser reported that Jorge Vera, Zoning and Code Administrator, has <br /> been reviewing proposals on this issue to bring to the City Commission for <br /> consideration.
