Later in the meeting, mutual <br /> apologies regarding possible offense were exchanged between Mr. Price and the Vice <br /> Mayor. <br /> Mayor Samson sought clarification regarding the power of the City to enforce the 5% <br /> rental requirement that the applicant would pay for the cost of re-noticing. He also <br /> asked if a traffic study had been done on North Bay Road. Mr. Price said no traffic <br /> study had been done on North Bay Road, but there was a Collins Avenue traffic study. <br /> Vice Mayor Turetsky moved, and Commissioner Iglesias seconded a motion to <br /> approve the request for modification of the site plan, as revised, in accordance <br /> with the written and oral City staff recommendations and conditions.
