The was discussion regarding Building Official <br /> Berkman's conditions #'s 6, 7, 9, and 10. <br /> Vice Mayor Turetsky questioned the name of the business on the sign "Casino." Mr. <br /> Price explained the business would provide video games for adults, and he proffered <br /> four (4) covenants: 1 . Only individuals 18 years of age or older would be allowed, 2. <br /> No live music 3. No alcohol would be served, and 4. There would be a full-time security <br /> guard present during operational use of the facility.
