Keller, Inc. <br /> Commissioner Iglesias disclosed he would abstain from voting since he is employed <br /> by FDOT, and Mr. Keller is employed by FDOT. <br /> Commissioner Morrow moved and Vice Mayor Turetsky seconded a motion to <br /> approve the item. [Clerk's Note: A draft letter to be sent to <br /> the State Department of Transportation was submitted at the meeting and added to <br /> agenda item 11-A.] <br /> ACTION:City Clerk Brown-Morilla read the title. City Manager DiPietro recommended <br /> supporting the State's recommendations.
