City Attorney Dannheisser read a disclaimer for the record. <br /> Public Speakers: Stanley Price, Esq.; Kobi Karp, AIA; Michael Berkman, City Building <br /> Official <br /> Mr. Price, representing the applicant, raised an issue regarding the accuracy of the re- <br /> notice. <br /> Mr. Berkman recommended that the request be withdrawn, and if not, that the request <br /> be denied as it is inconsistent with the Comprehensive Plan. Since he hadn't seen the <br /> plans that were submitted recently, he therefore couldn't comment on any change the <br /> applicant was proposing to the plans.
