City Attorney Dannheisser noted that the specific condition <br /> regarding future subdivision of spaces had not been addressed. Mr. Goldstein said <br /> it will be in a free standing covenant. <br /> Commissioner Kauffman asked when the beach access for residents would be <br /> available (given by Ocean One). Mr. Thompson said it should be in the summer of <br /> 1999.
