Phillip Chemoff inquired about construction noise occurring this morning. Public Works <br /> Superintendent Bob Pushkin explained that N. Miami Beach is replacing a water main at 172 <br /> Street and North Bay Road. There should not be a noise problem. Building Official Berkman <br /> noted that the Construction Noise Ordinance does not regulate a governmental utility. <br /> 12. B. Phillip Chemoff inquired about better informing residents as to the location of beach access <br /> points. City Manager DiPietro said we could, at the City's expense, put larger signs for beach <br /> access, the ones we have now come from Dade County. Commissioner Iglesias agreed that <br /> posting notices in the area buildings, listing the beach access areas would be preferable? <br /> 12. C.
