ACTION: City Clerk Brown-Morilla read the title, and City Attorney Dannheisser introduced <br /> the proposed ordinance. <br /> Public Speakers: Cliff Schulman, Esq.; Bill Lone; Rebecca Henderson, Esq. <br /> Mr. Schulman asked if there is litigation, how does the time frame flow. Commissioner <br /> Kauffman noted there is a requirement in Suffolk County that requires building within one year <br /> of ownership. <br /> Ms. Rebecca Henderson recommended that the language specify "a foundation permit"not be <br /> sufficient, rather require a full building permit. City Attorney Dannheisser agreed to the <br /> amendment: "Building permit other than a foundation permit". <br /> Commissioner Kauffman moved and Commissioner Iglesias seconded a motion to adopt the <br /> ordinance as amended by the City Attorney on second reading.
