She also encouraged the City <br /> to train its staff and the hotel and restaurant personnel on ways to be industry friendly. She <br /> suggested that while the City would issue permits, we should not charge a fee. <br /> Commissioner Iglesias moved and Vice Mayor Turetsky seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution.
