RFQ No. 15-08-02 <br />Construction Management at Risk for Government Center Annex at 18080 Collins Avenue 20 <br />Project Description: <br />Multi-phased addition, remodel and renovation project. Demolition of 12,126 s.f. and new <br />construction and renovation of 20,393 s.f. including new high end chapel, youth center, <br />newly finished welcome center and 19 additional parking spaces. <br /> <br />Renovation of 21,000 s.f. of the temple sanctuary area, social hall and kitchen which are used <br />after service gatherings and for special events. The spaces as well as all restroom facilities are <br />receiving upgraded finishes.
