Peter will advise the City <br />Manager with respect to the conceptual design scheme. Mark will prepare <br />and maintain a project schedule, among other duties. Don Priem, whose <br />primary job will be as Superintendent during the construction phase, will <br />review and analyze constructability of the designs.
