<br />As Chief Estimator for The Weitz Company, Gary will be responsible for
<br />managing and coordinating all aspects associated with budgeting, estimating,
<br />cost analysis and project pre-planning services. His duties for this contract will
<br />include budget research and reporting, detail estimating, value analysis, market
<br />comparison, cost model reporting, and cash flow analysis.
