Peter Jakubiec and Jim Wells will play an executive <br />advisory role. Gary Hennings will be available if needed. <br />Don Priem, who served as Superintendent on the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />Gateway Park project, will again be responsible for supervising all the work <br />our firm puts in place. As Project Superintendent, Don will be in charge <br />of jobsite safety, making sure all laborers comply with Weitz safety rules. <br />Working alongside Don at the job site will be Assistant Project Manager <br />Chris Golden, who will help with staging, logistics planning, submittal <br />processing, scheduling, and many other duties. <br />Don lives in Coral Springs and Chris lives in Miami Lakes, meaning that <br />both would be a short drive from your jobsite. <br />Resumes for Don and Chris follow on the next two pages. <br />Don Priem <br />Project <br />Superintendent <br />Gary Hennings <br />Chief Estimator
