Specifically, we <br />exhaust every avenue to resolve disputes with our Clients as well as protect <br />them from 3rd party action. <br />The Weitz Company’s Florida operations are occasionally party to various <br />matters of litigation. Our firm is involved in actions, for the most part, with <br />claims arising out of condominium projects. In recent years, we have found <br />condominium projects to be highly litigious; and as a result, we no longer <br />pursue condominium project types. <br />Our bonding and financial capacity are unaffected by any litigation that we are <br />party to regardless of the judgment to be conveyed. We are open to discuss <br />the circumstances of any actions that we are currently involved in and address <br />any concerns that you might have with those actions.
