Lauderdale H.S. project. Our firm was awarded the CM@Risk contract. After working for 2 years on <br />pre-construction, the School Board decided to re-issue this project as a Hard Bid. Weitz protested but did not win. <br />We were terminated on a project that we had stopped work on because <br />of owner payment defaults.
