F. RELATED EXPERIENCE <br />The existing Corporate Pavilion will be renovated <br />to include the addition of a second story structure <br />designed in accordance with the Florida Building Code. <br />The first floor will be renovated to accommodate up to <br />700 patrons in a banquet-style setting. The second floor <br />will be designed to accommodate up to 300 patrons in <br />a banquet-style setting, including an exterior covered <br />balcony to accommodate up to 100 patrons <br />Emerald Construction is responsible for renovating <br />existing ground level restrooms; converting an existing <br />canopy covered ground floor area into an enclosed <br />space and enlarging the footprint; renovating the <br />ground level to accommodate Corporate Conference <br />Hall/Multi-purpose Room for reception, conference <br />and training. Adding a second level assembly area <br />with the ability to subdivide into smaller conference <br />areas. Providing an exterior covered balcony on the <br />second level, constructing warming kitchens on both <br />first and secolevels. Constructing a new lobby, elevator <br />and stairway, as required by Florida Code. Installing <br />new restrooms on the second level; providing new <br />storage rooms for the ground and second levels; <br />Adding reception areas on the ground and second <br />levels.
