Jackson Memorial South <br />The scope of work included under this contract was a 4-story, <br />167,000 square foot patient tower doubled the size of the existing <br />hospital. The 60-bed patient tower includes 48 new private <br />patient rooms and 12 intensive care units suites. <br />East Tower, 2nd Floor Pathology Lab <br />This project involved the complete renovation of the pathology <br />laboratory at Jackson Memorial Hospital. This project was <br />performed in multiple phases, keeping the existing lab in <br />operation throughout the duration of the project. <br />West Wing 6th Floor Modernization <br />This project consisted of the following. Removal of existing <br />finishes where specified by the owner. Removal and <br />replacement including, but was not limited to, ceiling tile, grid, <br />wall board, tile, flooring, doors and hardware. Painting of all wall <br />surfaces and doors. Installation of new tile in bathrooms and <br />service areas. Replacement of existing plumbing fixtures with <br />new where specified by owner. Replacement of ductwork and <br />diffusers where specified by owner. Provide new lighting where <br />requested, refurbish and re-use remaining light fixtures.
