K. PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
are properly executed.
Once all of the contract work has been successfully completed, punchlist items have been prop-
erly resolved and all contractually required paperwork has been successfully submitted, the Proj-
ect Manager will issue a final Notice of Completion to certify that all contract requirements have
been completed by the contractor.
3) WARRANTY PERIOD SERVICES
If any warranty items need to be addressed, our staff is trained to respond and take necessary
corrective actions. All of our subcontractors are contracted to adhere to the warranty require-
ments of our Owners.
From a Customer Satisfaction point of view, we strive to retain clients for the long term, from
the project pursuit stage, through award and construction, until well after the initial construction
project has been delivered.
It is critical that the Owner is satisfied with the cost, quality, and timeliness of work; customer
service is the primary focus of our business. While winning contracts that provide a reasonable
profit for the company is our objective, ensuring customer satisfaction and remaining fair to our
clients is paramount. The primary focus of FHP is customer satisfaction in providing:
• Quality Products
• Realistic Schedules
• Immediate Responses to Problems
• Adherence to Contracts
• Promises We Can Keep
In order to assure that customers are satisfied with work that is performed in connection with
their activities and in adjacent facilities, FHP has implemented procedures which have been ef-
fective in resolving issues before they happen and ensure a smooth working relationship. These
procedures include:
• Understanding the needs of the customer and others who will be affected by construction
activity
• Communicating the nature and schedule for activities to all individuals who may be affect-
ed
• Discussing methods of minimizing impact prior to the commencement of work
• Following the procedures and schedule discussed
• Verifying the effectiveness of controls implemented throughout the construction process
