13 <br />This project included the construction of a new 2-story classroom building on top of an existing parking garage. The building <br />was built with a brick facade, and pre-cast concrete joists on the second floor. The use of a light gauge metal roof trusses <br />and a standing seam metal roof were incorporated into the design of the new classroom building.
