We have the necessary skills and experience to successfully deliver <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach a new Government Center. The following are just some of the many attributes and <br />benefits that make us the perfect partner to build your new Government Center Annex at 18080 Collins Avenue. <br />WE KNOW SUNNY ISLES: <br />Pirtle Construction understands the challenges of building in Sunny <br />Isles having recently constructed the 264 student station addition <br />to the Norman S. Edelcup Sunny Isles Beach K-8 (half of the funds <br />coming from the City). This recent project gives us direct experience <br />right near the location of your site. We know the challenges of <br />building in Sunny Isles and can ensure that construction does not <br />affect the surrounding area at all. <br />MUNICIPAL EXPERIENCE: <br />Almost all of the projects that we build are for the public sector with many of them <br />for municipalities just like you. Recently we have built for the City of Miami, City of <br />Miami Beach, City of Doral, City of Miramar, and many others. We understand the <br />importance of transparency and completing the project on-time and under budget <br />in order to help bolster the public confidence in the City’s leadership. <br />K-12 EXPERIENCE: <br />Pirtle Construction has built over 350 K-12 projects and many of those have been for the Miami-Dade County Public <br />Schools (MDCPS). We know that a significant part of the facility will be used for academics and our experience <br />with MDCPS and specifically the Norman S. Edelcup Sunny Isles Beach K-8 will allow us to deliver those spaces in <br />a timely manner, at the best price, and meet their expectations regarding academic performance. <br />JOINT USE FACILITY: <br />Your partnership with MDCPS is very similar to the project <br />we built for the City of Miami which was also a joint use <br />facility with MDCPS. That 4 story facility was one in which <br />the City occupied the first two floors and MDCPS occupied <br />the top two floors.
