Letter of Intent from a Surety Company <br />Page 21 <br />Because of our advanced risk management strategies, Skanska has become the most financially stable contractor in the <br />marketplace today. Skanska not only has an aggregate bonding capacity in excess of $7.5 billion, but an exceptionally <br />strong cash position. Additionally, we have a stringent prequalification process in place that ensures our subcontractors <br />and suppliers are sound and capable of completing the work they are contracted to do. Our position and risk management <br />measures protect our clients from the failure of construction partners during work. As a result of Skanska’s superior financial <br />stability and exceptional bonding capacity, we are ready and able to provide a corporate guarantee to meet the bonding <br />requirements for your project. <br />At left, we have provided a Surety Qualification Letter from our surety company stating our bonding capacity. Our surety, <br />AON Risk Services, is authorized in the state of Florida and has a record of successful continuous operations. <br />Single Limit Capacity $350 million <br />Aggregate Bonding Capacity $7.5 billion <br />A.M.
