Related Experience <br />Page 33 <br />Project Description <br />The Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science (FMOS) project <br />is a state-of-the-art, 250,000-SF, multi-use science and technology <br />museum, planetarium and aquarium being constructed in Museum <br />Park in the Greater Miami Downtown area. The world-class, five- <br />story facility includes office, ticketing, concessions, restaurant and <br />amenities, as well as a 220-space below grade parking garage. All <br />new buildings (North Building, West Building, Parking Garage, <br />and Living Core) are interconnected with each other. The project <br />includes the fit-out of 3,500-SF tenant place, which is located across <br />the street from the main job site. The project also includes the <br />construction of all underground utilities and the main road.
